The name blends ‘Vyan’, inspired by the founder’s daughter and the Sanskrit word Vyāna meaning to weave, to flow, with ‘Mi’, symbolizing grace — the grace of a woman, her strength, and her power to uplift others.

Founded by Manisha Nagpal, an HR professional with over a decade of experience and an alumna of IIMK, the brand draws inspiration from her diverse professional journey across the north, south, east, and west of India, along with a few years spent globally in Singapore, the UK, and Europe, where she witnessed how deeply Indian cultural roots continue to inspire and connect across borders. These experiences strengthened her vision to bring the richness of Indian artistry and cultural ethnicity to a global audience.

Vyanmi works closely with artisans and creators across India, integrating responsible craftsmanship with thoughtful design to create products that embody beauty, comfort, and purpose. Every piece is lightweight, breathable, and made to move seamlessly with modern life — because at Vyanmi, we believe comfort is the truest form of luxury.
