Every Vyanmi saree is carefully inspected and packed in our signature handloom-style packaging. Each order is video recorded before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We also request you to go through our policies carefully. 

Shipping Policy

  • Dispatch Time: Within 24–48 hours of order confirmation
  • Delivery Timeline: Usually arrives within 4–7 working days depending on your location
  • Delivery Locations: We ship across India
  • Tracking: SMS and email updates will be shared once your order is shipped
  • Note: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weature, heavy rainfall or natural disruptions may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare situations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is currently unavailable
  • We're working to enable it soon for a smoother experience — stay tuned!

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges on same product in case of defect and no returns currently. 

✅ Eligible for Exchange:

  • Products purchased at MRP only
  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged sarees
  • With original tags and packaging intact. 
  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Sale or discounted products or products bought on offer code. 
  • Sarees with fall and edging customization. 

How to Request an Exchange

  • Mention your order number and concern — we’ll take it from there

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once your saree is shipped, cancellation is not possible
