When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Upon shipping, you will receive SMS and email updates along with a tracking link.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery of your saree usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. We provide Pan-India shipping through reliable courier partners.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, We offer free shipping and COD across India.
Can I return or exchange my saree?
You can request a return or an exchange (for the same product at MRP) within 2 days of delivery.
Conditions: All sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 1–6 working days.
Important: We cannot accept items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags. These items will be returned to the customer.
How do I request an exchange for a defective saree?
We carefully inspect every saree before dispatch and pack them with care in our signature Vyanmi handloom bags. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective item:

❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is dispatched. Once your order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
How should I wash my saree?
Each saree comes with a wash care tag. For Mulmul, the initial wash should be dry clean. Later, hand wash gently in cold water, avoiding soaking for over 5 minutes. Tissue, Gajji Silk, and Tussar require dry cleaning only.

Do your sarees come with blouse pieces?
Some do, some don’t — it’s clearly indicated under “Product Details” on every product page. We enjoy pairing our sarees with crop tops, camisoles, or contrast blouses too.
